The property is nestled quietly on 2.8 Acres with 780 feet of St Johns River frontage. The home is fully furnished with 6 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a large majority of interior has been upgraded. New Pool in 2021 w/Deck & Fencing. A generous outdoor area for games, fishing, boating, and enjoying Mother Nature. We have 2 docks (1 w/electric), a PRIVATE boat ramp, fish cleaning sink, swings, RV hook-up, hammocks, basketball court, 3 Commercial Crab traps,1 BBQ grill, dance patio, and 5 paddle boats. This home can sleep up to 16 guests. Each bedroom has a new SMART TV; DVD Players in 2 bedrooms, and Alarm clocks. (4) Queen Beds, (1) set of twin bunk beds, (1) set bunk beds with Full & Twin. Extra-large family room (sits up to 14). French doors lead to the recently screened porch. The bottom screened-in porch area has (2) Large sitting areas; a new refrigerator; beer pong table; Darts, & more. Washer and Dryer, kitchen supplies, and appliances are provided.
